A&J Contracting Company (AJCC) is currently located in Plum, PA just outside of Pittsburgh. The company is a small business enterprise operating as general and specialty contractors in the finish and rough carpentry industry. The company was formed 1991 as a sole proprietorship. AJCC is certified by Allegheny County of Pennsylvania as a Minority Business Enterprise. The company is also eligible to become certified under the SBA's 8(a) Business Development Program, which affords AJCC the opportunity to obtain federal contracts and other business development services on a "set aside" basis.
